Review:
The Dirty Honey concert at Bogart's was an unforgettable experience that amazed fans.
The anticipation in the air was palpable from the moment the lights dimmed. With their
unique blend of retro rock and modern sound, the band started their set with an
explosive new hit from the new Album "Can't Find the Brakes"; which set the tone for
the rest of the night.
The band members were masters of their craft, and each brought their unique talents to
the stage. Marc Labelle's vocals were raw and soulful, with a range that left the
audience breathless. John Notto's guitar solos were mesmerizing, with his fingers
moving so fast it was almost impossible to keep up. Justin Smolian's bass lines were
groovy and infectious, while Jaydon Bean's drumming was powerful and precise.
The energy in the room was electric, with fans singing and dancing along to every song.
The night's highlight was undoubtedly "When I'm Gone" with the crowd singing at the
top of their lungs. The band also debuted some new material, which showcased their
evolution as musicians and left fans hungry for more.
The sound quality was top-notch, with every note and riff ringing crystal clear. The
lighting that had a significant upgrade at Bogarts was also impressive, with a dynamic
display that perfectly complemented the music. The venue staff are always friendly and
accommodating, ensuring everyone has a great time.
Austin "Howdy Fuckers" Meade and his band opened the show for Dirty Honey, and I
have to say, his performance was nothing short of amazing. His high-energy
performance and impressive guitar skills set the tone for the whole night. Austin Meade
is an American singer, songwriter, and guitarist from Texas. He blends rock, blues, and
Americana to create his unique sound. Meade has released several albums, including
"Waves, "Worth The Weight" & "Black Sheep". He has also toured extensively
throughout the United States, playing at various festivals and venues; his stage
presence blew me away, and he engaged with the crowd.
Overall, the Dirty Honey concert at Bogart's was an epic event that will be remembered
for years. The band delivered an awe-inspiring and intimate performance, making every
fan feel like they were part of something special. If you ever have the chance to see
Dirty Honey live, don't hesitate – it's an experience you won't forget.
